In 2020, Global manufacturing company Alkagen (Formally Unifrax) reached out to us desiring to create a long-term plan to attract and retain a diverse pool of talent, andincrease gender and racial equity throughout the organization.
We developed a customized, multi-year action plan that included DEI Implementation, Inspiring Character Development content, Practical and physical wellness, Leadership & Management Mastery, and Anti-Harassment and Anti Discrimination.


In Q1 of 2022, 45% of new hires in the US were diverse hires. 49% were permanent hires and 47% were hourly hires
The companies overall workforce Diversity moved up from 17% to 26% since beginning a relationship with Equipped in 2020. A rating of 4.5 out of 5 was given by the over 1,000 employees that participated in Equipped’s DEI courses.
A rating of 4.5 out of 5 was given by the over 2,000 employees that participated inEquipped’s Anti Harassment & Anti-Discrimination training.
